Episode 363: The Old Guard

Hello everyone, and welcome back to our only slightly delayed (and in person) week in geek.

The quarantine continues on and we continue podcasting.  We're sticking to the formula of one streaming review as we discuss the The Old Guard on Netflix,  talk about a few more nerd news topics and postponements. We wrap everything up by answering last week's podquestion of "Which musical/play that you want to see get the Hamilton treatment?"

Next week's streaming review we're watching Love Birds on Netflix.

You can suggest a streaming movie that you want us to watch and review on future episodes that are on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or HBOgo. Please send your suggestions to us using any of the means below.

Facebook, TwitterInstagram or email us at Batandhammer@gmail.com

Below you will find this week's most recent podcast.  But fear not, you can click these links to listen to this and past week's podcast in iTunes or Sticher.  We also have the past 2-3 episodes available on SoundCloud.

You can send us your answers to this weeks question as well as any questions you'd like to submit to Facebook, Twitter or email us at Batandhammer@gmail.com.

That is all for this week's Blogcast.  Be sure to tune back in. Same Hammer Time, same Bat Channel.

Episode 362: Uncut Gems

Hello everyone, and welcome back to our only slightly delayed (and much less garbage sounding) week in geek.  Please pardon the voice quality on this one as we tried a 2nd attempt at remote recording and had a few issues.

The quarantine continues on and we continue podcasting.  We're sticking to the formula of one streaming review as we discuss the Uncut Gems on Netflix,  talk about a few more nerd news topics and postponements including the announcement of Ready Player Two novel, new CW Batwoman has been cast, and we finally get to our spoiler filled review of Last of Us. We wrap everything up by answering last week's podquestion of "Are you going to buy a PS5 or Xbox Series X at launch?"

Next week's streaming review we're watching The Old Guard on Netflix.

You can suggest a streaming movie that you want us to watch and review on future episodes that are on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or HBOgo. Please send your suggestions to us using any of the means below.

Episode 361: The Disaster Artist

Hello everyone, and welcome back to our much delayed (and a little garbage sounding) week in geek.  Please pardon the voice quality on this one as we tried our first run at remote recording and had a few issues, but I think I figured them out so no trashcan voice for me.

The quarantine continues on and we continue podcasting.  We're sticking to the formula of one streaming review as we discuss the Disaster Artist on Netflix,  talk about a few more nerd news topics and postponements including the re branding of splash mountain, delays for Cyberpunk, cancellation of Phoenix Fan Fusion 2020, Cobra Kai moving to Netflix, and our spoiler free review of Last of Us. We wrap everything up by answering last week's podquestion of "what is the most illuminating movie you've seen"

Next week's streaming review we're watching Uncut Gems on Netflix.

You can suggest a streaming movie that you want us to watch and review on future episodes that are on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or HBOgo. Please send your suggestions to us using any of the means below.
