Episode 335: A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood

Hello everyone, welcome to our week in Geek!

Sorry for the delay, I was apparently so sick that I deliriously thought I already had posted this episode. But we're back with another tear jerking movie review with A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood. So we give our spoiler filled and spoiler free review and we also review our streaming review of the week, Happy Death Day and discuss a few bits of nerd news. We wrap it up by answering last week's Podquestion of "what is your most hate musical song?"

This week's streaming review was my suggestion to watch Happy Death Day on HBOgo. Surprisingly, we both enjoyed this one.  I definitely had more fun that Bat but the "solve your own murder" in a Groundhogs Day repeat world is exactly what you would want.  It's pretty funny and has some fun with the deaths and the situation.  The part that really prevents it from stepping into next level would be some logic gaps and pulling in the reason for the loops to in movie fiction. We both would say that it's worth your time, but maybe not worth going out of your way to see it.

Surprise, Surprise.  Next week's streaming review is Bat's choice he's having us watch the sequel Happy Death Day 2U  on HBOgo.

You can suggest a streaming movie that you want us to watch and review on future episodes that are on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ or HBOgo.
