Episode 165: Bad Parenting 101

Welcome back everyone to your week in geek.  This week we take things a little slow with some deep breaths... so that we can prepare for Don't Breath.  This movie made me jump and made us both genuinely hold our breath more than a few times.  Also we discuss episodes 3 and 4 of Stranger Things, basically I remind Bat as he's onto episode 8 already.  There is also the point of discussing Sony's press conference where they revealed the PS4 slim and pro, much to our dismay.  Hell Bat might actually be buying a Xbox One this winter just to watch 4K blurays.

Episode 164: Geek Round Table Stand By It

Welcome back everyone to your week in geek.  Bat is back in town and to celebrate, we are having a bunch of friends on the podcast.  That means it's Geek Round Table time!  Really this was spurred on by my last podquestion regarding 80's Adolescence Ensemble Movie.  Bat just couldn't decide so he wanted some help to choose.  This week we go through a pretty comprehensive list of movies that fit the criteria and go over which ones we each picked as our favorite.  Now there was a bit more people on the podcast than we've had before so it gets a bit muddied at parts, but there's some fun discussion to be heard.  We also review the second episode of Stranger Things as our continued streaming review.

Episode 163: While Bat Was Out

Welcome back everyone to your week in geek.  Bat has trusted me to podcast with a guest of the show, and I actually followed through this time!  I know, you're all so proud of me.  I am too.  Last week I kind of volun-told TK to be my guest host while Bat and his wife explored Salt Lake City Comic Con.  So for this episode we placed our Podquestion and Streaming review on hold.  But we bring you a lump sum of nerd news including: PS Now on PC, PS Plus price increase, Disney shutting down Tower of Terror, Star Wars fan movies (see the first one below), New Bill Nye show on Netflix and Luke Cage.
