Welcome back to another week in geek, this time with 75% more randomness. You are in store for one heck of a special episode where Bat is running on little sleep and Hammer is left to run wild. No movie this week but we make sure to fill your ears with wonderful randomness and plenty of tangents.
First up is this weeks Fan recommended Streaming Review of The Mighty. Lets start off by saying that Bat was completely right and I did indeed cry like a little bitch. This is a good movie, garnering 4 stars from Bat and 5 from me. The acting is damn good and the story of two broken kids finding each other and becoming whole is absolutely heart warming and heart wrenching. We highly recommend watching this classic whenever you can.
Next weeks Streaming Review of Solomon Kane. I only know this movie from a poster I saw at SDCC some 2-3 years ago when it was playing in a small theater so I'll just quote the summary. "A ruthless mercenary renounces violence after learning his soul is bound for hell. When a young girl is kidnapped and her family slain by a sorcerer's murderous cult, he is forced to fight and seek his redemption slaying evil."
